At Ari Bikes, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period on all our performance bicycles and gear. If your equipment isn't the perfect fit for your cycling goals, we provide a streamlined process for returns and exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping box; for bicycles, ensure all protective padding is in place to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at an authorized carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
